Gina Cappellano
Gina Cappellano joined the PK Benefits team in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant supporting the efforts of the benefits consulting team by managing the front desk, requesting medical quotes, creating open enrollment booklets and putting the enrollment folders together for clients, and offering assistance wherever it was needed. She was promoted to the Account Services Coordinator position in 2017 and focuses on processing enrollment, terminations, changes, and claims reimbursements. She also manages the group builds in the Ease Enrollment Platform for our clients to make the enrollment process paperless and less stressful for our clients.
Gina received her Associate Degree in Office Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She was born and raised in Philadelphia and moved to Berks County in 2015. She enjoys shooting pool and is currently on two pool league teams and is a huge Eagles fan!
