Andrew Schreffler Full Bio

Andrew is an Executive Vice President of Benefits, responsible for new business development, management of his client accounts and the overall strategic planning of the agency. Andrew negotiates benefit renewals, conducts open enrollment meetings and ensures his accounts’ compliance. He maintains relationships with the insurance carriers and keeps his clients well-educated on the most current products, technology and trends in the benefits field.

Andrew is a graduate of The Hill School (Pottstown, PA) and Gettysburg College. He is an active member of the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce (Government Affairs Committee) and the Sinking Spring YMCA.
